How to Prepare Ellen Black Tea

Ingredients
1 tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose Ellen black tea
Water (about 1 cup or 240 ml)
Optional: Sugar, honey, milk, or lemon to taste
Equipment
Teapot or cup
Kettle or pot for boiling water
Strainer (if using loose tea)
Instructions
Boil water in a kettle or pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
Add the tea bag or loose tea to your teapot or cup.
Pour the boiling water over the tea.
Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste preference.
If using loose tea, strain it into another cup after steeping.
Add sugar, honey, milk, or lemon if desired, and stir gently.

Tips
